Odisha CT Online Application Form 2021 for D.El.Ed Admission Session 2021

State Council of Educational Research & Training, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha (SCERT Odisha)  has issued the online application form 2018 for the admission into  CT or (D.El.Ed) courses course during the session 2018-20. The minimum educational qualification required is +2 pass, that is the candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream Arts, Science or Commerce having minimum 50% marks in case of General Category candidates and minimum 45% marks in case of Reserved Category candidates excluding marks secured in fourth optional / extra optional . The date online application via ONLINE APPLICATION from 25th August 2021 to 20th Sept 2021. The last date of payment of application fee is 20th August 2021 For details about the educational qualification, age limit, application fee, exam pattern and online apply procedure, read the description below.

Details About CT (D.El.Ed) Online Application 2018:

SCERT, Odisha conducts the  CT (D.El.Ed) exam is every year for the admission into 2 year CT (Teacher Certificate) course, now it is known as Diploma In Elementary Education Course (D.El.Ed). If a student want to get admission into CT courses then he/she have to qualify this entrance exam. There are total 5800 seats available in various colleges.

Educational Qualification :

A candidates must have possess any of the below given qualification in order to apply for the above exam
  1. The candidate should have passed Higher Secondary that is  +2 Examination in Arts, Science or Commerce or its equivalent examination from recognized Boards with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate (45% of mark in aggregate in case of SC, ST, OBC / SEBC and PH candidates) excluding marks secured in extra optional. 
  2. The candidates who have appeared the qualifying examination as mentioned above and the result has not been published till the last date of online application, shall not be eligible to apply for the course.
  3. Must have passed Odia as MIL up to HSC level or any such equivalent or higher examination (+2) or have passed Odia in single subject Examination conducted by BSE, Odisha of HSC standard or should have passed HSC Examination of BSE, Odisha in Odia medium with MIL other than Odia. Such candidates who have passed HSC Examination of BSE, Odisha without Odia as MIL should produce a certificate to the effect from the Headmaster of the concerned school that he / she has have passed HSC Examination in Odia medium. 
  4. The candidates want to take admission in Government ETEI, Urdu, Cuttack must have passed Urdu as MIL up to HSC standard / equivalent examination as notified by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack.
  5. The candidates seeking admission in Government ETEI, Telugu must have passed Telugu as MIL up to HSC standard / equivalent examination as notified by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack. 
  6. The Telugu candidates seeking admission in Government ETEI, Chikiti must have passed Telugu as MIL up to HSC standard / equivalent examination as notified by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack.
  7. The Santali Candidates seeking admission in DIET, Mayurbhanj at Baripada for Olchiki D.El.Ed. Course shall have to appear the MIL Subject of Entrance Test in Olchiki Language.

Age limit as on 30.06.2018 :

Maximum age limit for various category of candidates is given below. 
  1. For SC, ST & SEBC : 33 years : That is Date of birth should be on or after 30.06.1985
  2. For Women of all categories : 33 years :  Date of birth should be on or after 30.06.1985
  3. For General Male :  28 years :   Date of birth should be on or after  30.06.1990
  4. For PH Candidates :  38 years : Date of birth should be on or after  30.06.1980

Application Fee :

Application fee for the various categories of candidates is given below. Candidates required to make the payment through  Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Bank Deposit in Axis Bank. 
  1. General / SEBC Rs 500/-
  2. SC / ST : Rs. 300/-

How To Apply :

This year the online apply process is different. First you have to register your Mobile Number and Email Id with the website to proceed further. You have to keep an ACTIVE MOBILE NUMBER, Email Id, and a Scanned Copy of Passporst Size Photograph of Size 100 Kb in JPG/Png/JPEG format, and Scanned Signature in the same format with 30 Kb and the Certificate of the Qualifying Exam.

STEP 1 :

1. Click on this link to go to website http://scert.samsodisha.gov.in/bedweb.aspx

2.  Click on the New Student, Register Now Button on the Page.. You will find a page as shown below.

3. Enter the Name of the Student, Mobile Number and Email Id, then click on the GENERATE OTP button. Now you will receive an sms with OTP, Enter that OTP on the next page, and choose a PASSWORD.  Now you  are registered. 

STEP 2 :

4. Now login to the website with the Registered Mobile number and Password. You will find a page as shown below.


5. Click on the Application Form, Then Choose the Course (D.El.Ed) for which you want to apply. You will get a form as shown below.


6. In this form you have to enter the , Candidate Personal Details, Present Address,Permanent Address and Education Qualification. Then click on the SUBMIT button. You will see a page as shown below.



7. On the Next Page you have to Upload the Scanned Photograph and Signature.

STEP 3 :

8.  Now click on the FEE PAYMENT option, pay the fee via Debit Card, Credit Card or Online banking mode. You can use any bank ATM to pay the fee. It is last step. Now you can print the CAF for your personal reference. Keep the Login ID Paasword. It will be used to download the Hall Ticket.
