DTET, Odisha has published the online application form for Odisha Diploma Admission 2021. Those who want to take admission into 3 years Diploma in Engineering, 2 Year Diploma in Engineering (Lateral Entry), 3years Diploma in  Non Engineering, Film & Television and Part time Diploma courses for the session 2021-22 can apply online from 04-Aug-2021 to 20-Sep-2021.There will be no Entrance Test From this year. Important Notice : This year Odisha Diploma admission will takes place in two phases. The details schedule for the 1st phase and 2nd phase is mentioned below.


PHASE - 1 DIPLOMA ADMISSION DATES :

How To Apply :

To apply for the diploma admission candidates have to follow the below given procedures. here we have listed the step by step procedure to fill the diploma application for online. The online form submission is done by SAMS ODISHA portal.

STEP : 01

1. To apply online click on the APPLY ONLINE LINK here. You will get a page as shown below. 



2. Click on the NEW STUDENT REGISTER NOW button. You will get a REGISTRATION PAGE  as shown below.



3. Now you have to enter your NAME OF THE STUDENT mentioned in your certificate, MOBILE NUMBER and EMAIL ID. This step is very necessary. After entering all the details, click on the GENERATE OTP button. You will receive an OTP SMS on your MOBILE. Enter that OTP on the next page, and choose a PASSWORD for your application. Keep this PASSWORD secret.

4. After submitting, you will get the LOGIN page. Enter your MOBILE NUMBER and PASSWORD, to login to your account. You will see a page as shown below.

5. Click on the APPLICATION FORM, you will see a Common Application form as shown below.

STEP: 02 
Now click on the Upload Image option, You will see a page as shown below. here you have to upload the IMAGE and SIGNATURE.
STEP : 03

Now click on the FEE PAYMENT option and pay the required fee via online mode via DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD or NET BANKING.

Thats all, now you have applied your Diploma Application Form successfully.

Application Fee : 

Application fee is  Rs.200/- for ST, SC, PC & FEMALE and Rs.310/- for MALE candidates and the payment can be made through ATM cum DEBIT/ Credit Card/ Net Banking

DIPLOMA ADMISSION Eligibility 

From this year, there will be no entrance test for admission into diploma courses. The admission will be done directly on the basis of their 10th or +2 Mark. Here we have described the eligibility criteria for the different courses.

1. Course : Diploma in Engineering (3 year 
Qualification : Pass in HSC examination/ 10th standard examination conducted/ declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate, securing 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination with Math & English subjects.

2. Course : Part Time Diploma (4 Year)
Qualification :  Pass in HSC examination/ 10th standard examination conducted/ declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate, securing 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination with Math & English subjects and 2 year ITI after 10th Standard.

OR 

Pass in HSC examination/ 10th standard examination conducted/ declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate, securing 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination with Math & English subject and minimum 2 year full time work experience in registered firm/company

3. Course : Diploma Engineering (Lateral Entry)
Qualification : Pass in +2 Science Examination from CHSE, Odisha with PCM/ +2 Vocational in any Engineering Trade/ 2 year ITI in Engineering Trade with pass in HSC examination with 30% marks in each subject.

Age Limit : Minimum 14 years for all courses except Mining/ Drilling and Minimum 16 years for Mining/ Drilling as on 01.07.2018. No upper age limit.

OUTSIDE STATE CANDIDATES : Outside candidates can also take admission into all the above courses if they have the required qualification. 15% seat are reserved for outside Odisha candidates in every college.

Film & TV Courses (available at BPFTIO, Cuttack}:

(i) Course : Cinematography / Sound & TV Engineering: 
Qualification : 10+2 Science from any State Board/ ICSE/ CBSE or equivalent declared by CHSE, Odisha with minimum 35% marks in aggregate.

(ii)  Course :  Film & Video Editing : 
Qualification : 10+2 Science / Arts / Commerce from any State BoardA CSEJ CBSE or equivalent declared by CHSE, Odisha with minimum 35% marks in aggregate.

Age Limit : 16 to 28 years as on 01.06.2019. For SC/ST candidates upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years.

Non-Engineering Diploma Courses:

Course : Modern Office Management (MOM): 
Qualification :Pass in 10+2 Examination from CHSE, Odisha or its equivalent examination in Science/ Arts/ Commerce recognized by CHSE. Odisha securing 30% marks in each subjects at the qualifying examination.

(ii) Course : Pharmacy : 
Qualification :Pass in +2 Science Examination from CHSE. Odisha or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics as approved by PCI securing 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination.

(III) Course :  HM&CT : 
Qualification :Pass in +2 Examination from CHSE, Odisha or its Equivalent examination with Science/Arts/ Commerce recognized by CHSE, Odisha and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate securing 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination.

(iv) Course :  Beauty Culture(BC):
Qualification : Educational qualification is same as 1st semester of Engineering/Technology course.

Age : Minimum 14 years for BC & 16 years for other as on 01.07.2021. No Upper Age limit.
